Our products are all sourced from our own harvest using traditional old recipes. In the spring of 2018 we built a dedicated farm kitchen in the courtyard to enable more efficient production. Previously the fruits and vegetables were bottled in our family kitchen!

Fruit Spreads
Our fruit spreads are not in line with the EU marmalade/jam regulation, as they all have a much higher fruit content than is specified. During the ripening period, the fruits are picked by hand from the orchard and processed immediately. No herbicides, pesticides or artificial fertilizers are used. Depending on the weather and hours of sunshine, we generally only need 10-25% sugar with some pectin. This is much less sugar than in more commercial marmalade production. As we do not buy in any fruit, whatever the harvest yields is processed and sold, and will keep until the next harvest. Despite the fact that no antioxidants are added, the beautiful fruit color remains if the jars are stored in a cool and, above all, dark place before opening.
All fruit and vegetables are processed using traditional methods. When ripe, they are picked by hand, washed, de-stoned pulped, boiled and jarred.
