Two cottages, as well as a variety of other residential units, are ready for occupation.

The property is fully fenced and ancient brick wall offers privacy from the road. Each of the cottages has a separate driveway with electric gate, and the entire residential area is under video surveillance.

With the exception of the private garden (situated out of sight of the cottages) belonging to the manor house residents are free to roam the grounds.

Supplying the large kitchen garden, is a chicken coop and an orchard. Cherries, Williams pear, plum and apricot are grown on the farm. Other seasonal vegetables are also grown. Local honey is extracted from resident bee hives.
